AFCON 2027 is coming to East Africa for the first time, co-hosted by Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania and expected to run from 19 June to 17 July 2027. Thousands of supporters will need airport pickups, hotels and reliable transport between stadiums, often in a country they have never visited.

When and where is AFCON 2027?
AFCON 2027 is co-hosted by Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania, and is expected to run from 19 June to 17 July 2027. Proposed host cities include Kampala, Hoima and Lira in Uganda, Nairobi in Kenya, and Dar es Salaam, Arusha and Zanzibar in Tanzania. CAF has not confirmed every venue yet, so we plan around the official fixtures as they are published.
Can you pick us up from the airport and take us to the stadium?
Yes. We meet you at Entebbe International Airport and drive you to your hotel, then handle transport to and from each match, including the trip to Hoima or Lira for games outside Kampala. We can also arrange pickups at Nairobi and Dar es Salaam airports.
Can you plan travel between Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania during the tournament?
Yes. If your team plays in more than one country we book the flights or road transfers between host cities, plus hotels in each, so you can follow the fixtures without the logistics.
What visa do I need for AFCON 2027 in East Africa?
It depends on your passport and which countries you visit. The East Africa Tourist Visa covers Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda, but not Tanzania, which needs its own visa. Tell us your nationality and route and we will tell you what to apply for and when.
Can we go on safari between matches?
Yes, and it is the best part of a trip to East Africa. Murchison Falls National Park is close to Hoima, Lake Mburo is a short drive from Kampala, and from Arusha you can reach the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We fit short safaris around your match days.
Do you handle groups and fan clubs?
Yes. We arrange vans and coaches for supporters clubs, media teams and corporate groups, with drivers who stay with you for the whole trip.
How early should we book?
As early as you can. Hotels near the stadiums and in-country flights will fill up quickly once fixtures are announced. Send us your dates and we will hold a draft plan for you.
